hell ya
I’m only 20, so I can’t really talk about the days this came out.
But at my current age, I’m constantly being surprised by how much the world has changed, and also how little.
Most of these reminders of my adulthood come when I notice that classic movies I remember from my childhood were made 10-15 years ago or older.
Now, something current: Does anyone else think this might be one of the oldest references made on the TV show “Family Guy”?
chuck norris wagon? lol
my grandpa loves the stuff!
Chunks of what though? we probally dont really want to know..I was 10 when this aired & I remember it well because my cat freaked everytime that dog barked..
Boy I miss these days. I was born in 73, but I remember from 76 on up.
That little horsedrawn wagon reminds me of Darby O’Gill and the Little People.
DAWGS!
notice they never say MEAT? it is big red chunks.
even though they are cutting meat,, they don’t say Meat lol
Where can I find the soundtrack to this ad?
oh yeah, remember this! …”instant dinner for dogs” was a novel concept at the time, which is what made this product so cutting edge. It was an extension of the “TV dinner” idea of the 60’s and 50’s.
True, they just say the chunks are red.
My aunt’s dog used to flip out every time the Chuck Wagon commercial would come on – she would chase her tail and bark at the dog chasing the wagon. LOL
mmmmmmmm,mmmmmmmm,mmmmmmmmmmmm, Barack Hussein Obama, mmmmmmmm,mmmmmmmmm,mmmmmmmmmmm …..LOL
That dog be trippin’
Who did the voice over for this? It sounds like “Uncle Jesse”
So that’s what Brian was chasing!
Its funny that Purina is trying to make the dog food look appetizing to people, not the animals. Dogs could care less what it looks like.
my friend hated school so he would chew this stuff up with milk and spit it out acting like he was throwing up , his mom fell for it every time, needless to say he’s still living with her to this day and that was 30yrs ago
look grand theft auto 5
dale1065, you are one sick person!
One-minute commercials were the standard back then.
